Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Best hair serum

I have been using Mauyu hair serum since 2020, I love the scent and that it’s long lasting because the oil is thick/not runny and also because the spray nozzle on the bottle helps you get the desired amount of serum, also there’s no risk of spillages. It doesn’t melt and make my forehead oily like other products I’ve used before. I also noticed that I now have less hair breakage as compared to before. I love that the ingredients are natural oils, vitamins and antioxidants, they avoid parabens, sulfates. This encouraged me to use the hair serum on my daughter’s hair when she was a new born, she’s now 17 months old and I’m still applying it on her hair. I only use baby shampoo, conditioner and Mauyu Hair Serum. I didn’t want her to lose her natural curls (type 4c hair) and I love that I achieved that because of mauyu hair serum. Her hair is thick, healthy and longer than it naturally should be, so I always recommend the serum to others because I want them to experience it too. The serum is also perfect for boys and men because the scent is gender neutral so my boys love it too. The packaging is elegant and also strong which is an advantage if you have kids who are clumsy, the bottle just doesn’t break no matter how hard it hits the floor hahah. Absolutely amazing!

I used this serum on my hair just after I did my big chop. My hair has never felt so moisturised and so soft. I have 4c hair that breaks easily and when i started using Mauyu my breakage was much better. I'm so glad I found it. This serum smells so good too!

Brilliant product

My hair does not retain moisture well so this serum has done wonders for that. It seals it in and this allows me more versatility when styling my hair. It’s a really rich serum so you don’t need to use a lot at a time making it good value for money.
