MAUYU (pronounced mAH-OO-yOO) is the Shona (Zimbabwean language) word for baobab. Baobab oil is the signature ingredient in our nourishing hair serum.
We believe in using pure ingredients, that have superior properties to nourish your hair and to keep it healthy. That is why our serum is only made from organic natural and essential oils (and nothing else).
We believe in the purity of our products. That is why our products are naturally based and non-toxic. That means no parabens, no sulphates, no mineral oils, no silicones, no phthalates, no triclosan and no artificial dyes!
Definitely not! We never test our products on animals
Our hair serum performs optimally within 12 months of opening and has an 18-month shelf life.
